Sierra Georgia, former Federal Employee, launched her first Washington, DC gelato truck in summer 2013.  Since the launch, she has been featured on Fox 5 News, The Washington Post, a video commercial with Capital One Bank, Entrepreneur Magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and a variety of online blogs and articles.

In 2016 Georgia turned down a licensing deal and chose to travel overseas to Bologna, Italy in order to become an Artisan Gelato Master at Carpigiani Gelato University.  Upon her return, she launched GELAT'OH! Brick & Motor, specializing in wholesale gelato manufacturing, mobile retail, and private catering services. Sierra has taken her gelato all over the world.  #teamgelatoh can make your vision a reality anywhere in the world.

Sierra has 2 award winning flavors on the menu to date.  In 2018 she earned a bronze at Gelato Festival America Chicago for her WHITE COFFEE flavor, a hot infusion of freshly roasted coffee beans.  It tastes like what coffee smells like.


Georgia also won a bronze for her signature no sugar added sorbet, BLUE MAJIK - a cold pressed juice base of lemon, ginger, and pineapples and blended with fresh pineapples and spike with blue majik, blue spirulina for the unicorn blue color.
